- 1/1/09-to-present - daily . . . my body clock wakes me at +/- 4:15am CST (it’s a sick thing I know). COFFEE, review previous work day results, prepare for day’s work activities, review family schedule, watch DVR’d favorites (Lost, Life, 2&1/2 Men, Grey’s, Golf, etc.), review & clean-up Outlook, etc. until 5:30/5:45. While listening to my new mp3 (I hate Apple!) tunes (including, but not limited to, 60’s Beatles-to-Beach Boys-to-James Brown-to-70’s REO-to-Van Halen-to-AC/DC-to-80’s Janet-to-New Order-to-Billy Idol-to-90’s Replacements/Westerberg-to-Goo Goo Dolls-to-Mariah-to-00’s Weezer-to-Linkin Park-to-Avril) workout daily until 7:00 in an attempt to energize my mind, body & spirit, as well as prepare to interact with the kids and get back down to a better playing/personal weight! Say good morning to wife, make kids lunch, wake kids up, feed them and get them off to school. The workday is spent in sales/marketing attempting to tackle Dr.’s, NP’s, MA’s, PA’s & staff to persuade them to refer to our physical therapy facility, as well public relation activities to increase the awareness of the general public regarding our facility. Pick up the kids, assure homework is complete, feed the kids and get the kids to their array of activities. If time allows, watch favorites & complete a listed task/extras (including, not limited to: progress on +450LP/vinyl conversion to digital, travel baseball fundraising, read, home chore, etc.). Get the kids off to bed, make coffee for the am and go to bed. In ending, refine processes, remember that I revolve around the earth/the earth does not revolve around me, enjoy life & 2nd childhood/not mid-life crisis! Remember that the 40’s is/are the new 30’s!

I met my wife Joyce via participation in the Lincoln Park Ski Club. I skied with the club on various trips with Joyce present in 1990 & 1991. We connected during a holiday trip to Sun Valley, ID in 01/02. After somewhat connecting with Joyce on that trip, a portion of the group was on an evening sleigh ride to dinner. I saw a shooting star and I wished that I could get to know her better (sounds mushy, but true), the rest is history. We married, April 1993. 3 boys: Christopher 14, Jeffrey soon to be 12 & Scott 9. Extended family: our sitter Pat & her family. We’ve had the same sitter since day 1 and we know how lucky we are!
Career (Past) – Resided in the printing industry for over 26 years Worked in a press room for 9.5 years, for a press manufacturer performing training, start-up & troubleshooting for 9.5 years & in consumable sales for 7 years.
Career (current) – Sales/marketing & public relations for our physical therapy facility that focuses on women and specializes in women’s health located in Tinley Park, IL

Favorite Pig-Out Fast Food When NOT On Diet – McDonalds QP w/cheese and the largest order of fries! McDonalds fries are the best when cooked to perfection! Can't go there now!
Favorite Pig-Out Food When On Diet – Giant salad including 2/3’rds romaine hearts, 1/3 spinach, ½ grilled chicken breast , ½ avocado sliced, crumbled feta cheese, H.V. Lite Ranch Dressing.
Best Friend Forever From the Brook/Male – Chris Wendt. Despite Chris & his family living in AZ, we communicate very regularly. Chris is our oldest son Christopher’s (“the”) godfather and we are the godparents of his twin daughter.
Best Friends Forever From the Brook/Female – Kathy McMahon/Sedlacek & Dawn Hall/Nobel. I should see Kathy more often since she is local. However, since I go for business training in St. Pete/Clearwater fairly frequently, I end up seeing Dawn more often.

Very Anal About – The kids picking up after themselves (this does NOT mean it always happens). Computer research.
Most Enjoyable Vacation – Skiing with the family anywhere out west. It’s not a relaxing vacation and it’s a lot of work, but it’s very enjoyable! All 3 boys have skied since they were 3 (youngest was 2 ½ due to his September birth date). The younger 2 were backpacked on the slopes at a very young age. My middle son Jeffrey began his pursuit of becoming a gnarly snowboarder on our last trip to UT this past spring.
Where I’ve Traveled – Approximately 42 of the states. I’ve also been to Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, Singapore, Ireland & England.
The Most Beautiful Place I’ve Seen – No doubt, Lake Tahoe CA/NV in any season!

The Coolest People On the Brook www - Eric Mandley & Maze Jackson, the creator’s of this great site! Amie Green/Field & Ayaba McNeal who sent me a happy birthday greeting and they didn’t even know me (way too cool!). Any who reaches to me or replies to my reaches. Anyone who reaches & touches with content containing more than one sentence! Specifically Patti Baran and even though she classified me as “light years” older than her (age denial) and the fact that she is a Cub fan, Linda Brown. Lin is the coolest!
