BOLINGBROOK HIGH SCHOOL 1992 Jamal Smallz is one of the most respected DJ’s in the entertainment industry. He has built his reputation by co-hosting BET’s Rap City, hitting the airwaves for radio stations such as Hot 107.9 (ATL), WGCI (CHICAGO), Hot 103.9(SOUTH CAROLINA), & performing with music’s elite, such as LL Cool J, R. Kelly, 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, T.I., Wyclef, Omarion, Beyonce, Keri Hilson, and Jay-Z. Passion and dedication have been the driving force behind Jamal’s success, which has not only garnered him praise from his peers but has also offered him the opportunity to work with numerous commercial brands, e.g., Red Bull, Bacardi, Hennessy, Bombay Sapphire, Heineken, Coors, King Magazine, Smooth Magazine, and XXL Magazine. Jamal Smallz, co-founder of Dime Child Foundation, saw a niche in 2005 with a vision of helping connect celebrities, sponsors, and non-profits via fundraising events. Working together with Dime Child Foundation’s CEO Warnita Taylor, Jamal has helped achieve over $2 million in funding in support of Dime Child Foundation’s Upward Bound, Mentoring Dimes, & College prep programs. Jamal Smallz initiated and manages the world renowned and number one DJ crew in the Midwest called the Full Impact Djs. There are 13 members nationwide. The main objective of the Full Impact Djs is to unite DJ's across the country, help launch careers from DJs to artists, and brin g the versatility of music into one union. Smallz is also very active in the community. DJ Jamal Smallz launched the Jamal Smallz Custom Car & Bike Show in support of Dime Child Foundation’s initiatives and continues this fundraiser every year. During the year, he travels to different High Schools to talk to students about the importance of college and how his job as a successful DJ requires an extensive education. DJ Jamal Smallz also created a radio broadcast program for teens with the desire to break into radio or just to stay active in an after school program. The program prepares the students in every position of a radio broadcast career. Dj Jamal Smallz proudly served Saudi Arabia & Japan for 8yrs in the United States Air Force and attended Grambling State University. Versatility is a signature trait of Jamal's talent. Whether performing at the Bayou Classic for Coors Brewing Company or on stage with 50 Cent, Jamal can accommodate any event, genre, or crowd. His passion, dedication, and versatility, has allowed him to exceed the expectations of both his clients and peers.
