Click here to view Amie's profile. I moved to Romeoville in 1978 from Chicago, IL with my seven brothers and sisters. I attended West View Junior High, and then graduated from Romeoville High School in 1985. I went to Joliet Junior College earned my degree as a Micro Computer Specialist / Computer Science & Travel and Hospitality Management. After several years of working as a Technology Specialist for Valley View School District I left to pursue other interest such as Business and Facilities Management where I had the opportunity to be the Facility Administrator for Sharp Electronics for several years. Over the last decade I have started a couple of non-profit organizations starting with bringing back Romeoville Spartans Youth Football & Cheerleading, Ultimate Cheer Academy our teams competed in local and national cheer and dance competitions, I also founded the Steven’s Foundation where I organize fundraisers for families in need of financial assistance. I am now working with Patrick Green and Life Bridge Church in Lockport, IL. I am also currently enrolled in college to earn my degree in Investigative Para Legal Services. I am married to a wonderful man named Cristofer. My kids are my life. I have raised them to "Reach for their Dreams" They are both good kids. My son Erik (17) graduated from military school at 16 and now is employed by the City of Lockport Erik was sworn into the Army National Guard for eight year term. Mary Beth (21) is a 2005 graduate of Romeoville High School. Mary Beth attends Aurora University studying to be a psychologist, She was just sworn into the Psychology National Honor Society Mary maintains at 4.0 GPA.
