A Friend in need

Many of you know that Mary Hoyt was the woman that was in the horrible accident in Romeoville, IL. Her house blew up while sidewalk repairs and consturction was being done outside her home. Look for a fundraising event for Mary

Hello everyone!
Mary is doing OK. She has the last of the deep burns on her arm to deal with and to work through the small stuff that we take for granite everyday. She will have the nurse for a couple more weeks then she is on her own. I will be stopping these updates for Mary is on her way. If anyone would like to forward their personal contact information to my email address on this site, I will give it to Mary. What Mary will do with the information...I cannot say. I know Mary has chosen to stay away from the past because it has not been a part of her life for a long time. Who knows maybe that will change! It may be a period of time before she contacts people to begin with. Either way if you would like Mary to have your info just in case, I will be more than happy to forward it to her. ( For those people who Mary already had the contact information for - She would no longer have it - all paperwork and her cell phone were destroyed). If anything different comes up, I will keep in touch!
Thank you one and all for your support, thoughts and prayers. I think it is heart warming to know people still care in this day and age despite the hardships we all have!!! Everyone has been Fantastic!

Hello everyone,
Mary was at the Doctors visit Tuesday and was able to walk away with even less "wrapped" bandages this time - She's happy to see the progress. Mary has discovering more "little" things that she cannot do still and has become frustrated on the other side of the coin - turning on a lamp, writing certain numbers/letters and of course not being able to recall memories/faces. ( don't all of us already have a problem with senility setting in? Now magnify it! Those mothers of multiple children can expecially relate:) ) Overall she is coming along as expected, we will keep everyone posted!!!!

Hi everyone,
Mary has been given the updates from everyone on this group, she is still going to be taking the visiting slow. Saturday was rough and today was a slower start. I asked what she wanted to tell everyone: Tell everyone thank you for their support and wondering how she is doing! She will wait and see what god has in store for her, it must be something big!
I will keep in touch with updates!!!
